I had the great fortune to play both Jesus (twice) and Judas in Superstar. Some of the greatest memories of my life. Last time I did Jesus was in 2018 and I think Ted Neeley was touring it that year, so I was at least able to say I wasn't the oldest guy to ever play Jesus. haha.... WOW Kathleen I so resonate with this. When I was 15, right before we moved to CA, my mom took me into New York to see the Broadway show Jesus Christ Superstar. With all those stars you mentioned. My mind was blown! My heart expanded. When I was 10 I told my mom that I did not want to go to church anymore because the teachings felt dead to me. (those were not the exact words I said to her, but it was how I felt) When I saw this show, it was so alive! When we moved, I listened to this album all summer long. I sang with it, lived it every day. At one point I had a powerful tangible connective experience with Jesus and Mary Magdalene. They both came to me and without words downloaded their true story. Not bible words, but a transmission of love. It has stayed with me a life time. So incredibly beautiful.

Wow, this was a real flashback. We had that double album and would listen to it regularly. I haven't listened to it for years.

Just now replied to your FB post about this. This movie brought home to me how much both God and Jesus know about all that is happening with everything all of the time.
